3.open "add/remove programs"

1.Go to control pannel,programs and features
2.Click "turn windows features on or off"
3.A new window will open,open iis,then open world wide web publishing,then application development features and then check(click the box which is located before cgi) cgi.
4.Click ok
5.now open php 5 installer and select fast cgi when asked,thats what u have to do.
